The Young Regulator Model 4092 is a round bypass damper. It regulates system static pressure by diverting the excess airflow back around to the ceiling plenum or ducted return.
An increase in static pressure, caused by the closing of a zone damper is sensed by the built-in static pressure sensor/controller through the probe. The pressure set-point is field adjustable. At the desired maximum static, the controller starts to modulate the damper open. As the system static pressure drops to the target range the damper blade stalls until there is another change in pressure.
the 4092 is a stand alone system. No zone control pane is required.
The 4092 features the rugged, brushless Belimo LMB motor. It carrys a 5-year warranty.
